In UOI class the students completed this unit by presenting their Google Slides presentation on the Human Body Systems as part of their summative assessment. The students were excited to present to their peers what they have learned over the past 9 weeks.
In Maths class the students work in different centers this week to create work samples that they will add to their student portfolios. The students also worked on Fractions, Multiplication and Division facts, and on interactive Math Websites in each one of the other Maths centers that were set up for them.
In English Class the students worked on creating their assembly posters on the Rights of a Child. This activity was in preparation for our Year 3/4 assembly on November 2nd. The students also learned about prepositions this week. The students created a story based on a picture prompt and were to highlight all of the prepositions that were used within their stories. As part of book week the students took part in many reading activities.
