In English class this week the students worked on writing prompts and used the writing process to created paragraphs in response to these writing prompts. The students also works in teams on word scrambles where they were required to figure out the correct word from the letters they were given.
In Maths class the students worked on the concept of telling time on a 12 and 24 hour clock. The students also learned how to add and subtract time. The students were given word problems to solved that involved telling the correct time.
In UOI class the students have finished creating their video commercials and are in their final editing stage using iMovie. Once they are all completed the students will be sharing their commercials with the class and we will have them vote on which commercial was the most interesting them and why.
