In UOI class the students have been placed in groups and have selected the style of project that they wish to complete as part of their summative assessment. Some groups have chosen to create a slideshow while other groups have choosen to create a diorama or video on how people must live differently due to the changes in the Earth's atmosphere.
In Maths class the students worked in groups to continue to reinforce their skills in measurement and converting units of measurement. The students worked together to measure different lengths and items in the class using inches and centimetres to represent each length.
In English class the students worked on partner reading, writing in reference to our UOI theme and also creative story writing. The students were to write a children's story titled "The Hungry Little Mouse". These stories will be placed in the students portfolios for parents to view during our Student Led Conferences.
