In English class the students took part in a read aloud of the story "Look Out for the Elephant!" by Griel Blyton. The student have completed a writing task in which they had to predict the future events that may occur in the story. This activity helped to build the students writing process skills.
In UOI class the students worked on creating signs that can be placed around the school campus. The students selected various safety signs that they feel are important to have on our school campus. They also began to research on the internet how these signs were originally designed in preparation for their slideshow.
In Maths class the students worked on problem solving skills related to different forms of currency. The students worked together to solve different types of questions relating to money. We had a Maths competition in class this week to see which group was able to solve more problems correctly and practice their multiplication skills in Multiplication Bingo.
