Today is the last day of school after what has been a very unusual term. However, through work hard, becoming more independent and being more open-minded, the students have continued to strive and achieve. A huge congratulations to Mark, Nino and Tashi for completing Year 4 and I am sure they are going to have a wonderful time in their new class next year.

This week, we completed our Project Rainforest mini topic. At the beginning of the week, Mark and Tashi shared the artwork of the endangered Amazon Rainforest animal. Mark drew a beautiful hyacinth macaw and Tashi made a boto dolphin out of clay.

The class created comic strips replacing the word 'said. We discussed adjectives and expanded noun phrases to feature in our comic strips.

It has been a pleasure teaching Year 4 this year and I hope you have a wonderful summer. See you in August!

Ms.Charlie :)
